小港醫院志工服務開跑~培訓熱血志工 ，將愛傳下去。（撰文: 許甄芸/陳泰良)

日前(2020-3-17)文藻WHC-USR計畫本學期之醫療服務場域志工培訓活動於高雄市立小港醫院4樓大禮堂進行開訓活動。此次由計畫協同主持人陳泰良老師與周則銘老師帶隊前往，合計超過30位來自文藻外語大學不同科系(應華系、日文系、國企管系、國際事務系等…)且具有熱血服務精神之同學參與此次之開訓課程活動。小港醫院為了讓參與服務的學生們掌握志工服務守則與規範，了解志願服務禮儀與倫理，特別在醫院之禮堂為學生們舉辦志工培訓課程活動。活動當天小港醫院國際醫療中心陳俊鴻主任與社工室李庚恕主任主持活動之開訓，並準備豐盛之茶點熱誠歡迎學生們的到來。志工訓練課程則由林以瑄社工師主持進行。

活動開始由文藻同學進行的自我介紹並且說明參與此次志工服務之初衷，讓大家熟悉認識彼此，許多同學表達了很多自己的想法。例如，自己喜歡服務別人、想了解不同領域之運作結構、習得醫學知識；還有些人是因為過去受到不少醫護人員的照顧，現在也想來醫院幫助別人，回饋社會，讓愛繼續傳下去。在訓練課程中談及志工服務倫理時，也幫大家了解心中的那一把尺該如何拿捏。探討倫理及禮儀能用在服務他人時去幫助他人、尊重他人、自我成長、溝通協調及促進機構良好發展。

在開訓的課程中，透過林以瑄社工師之影片介紹與精闢講述，讓文藻的同學們得到許多值得學習的志工服務精要內容，以便能夠在小港醫院順利的執行服務活動，因而可以由志工服務的過程中，得到與眾不同且令人感動之服務體驗。開訓課程結束之後，陳泰良老師與周則銘老師特別叮囑同學們在往返小港醫院時之要特別注意交通安全，盡量搭乘大眾交通工具，並祝福同學在本學期的志工服務活動一切順利圓滿。

03/17/2020 Training for volunteers at Siaogang Hospital

On March 17, 2020, Siaogang Hospital held a training session for Wenzao students who will be volunteering at the hospital this semester. The main goals of the training session are to understand the ethics and the etiquette when on duty. To start the event, Dr. Chen welcomed the students. The first activity is to introduce ourselves, so everyone can know each other and why we are here. The student’s reasons for volunteering include the love of helping other people, wanting to know more about the medical industry, and learning medical knowledge. One particular student shared a touching story that because he received a lot of assistance from the staff and volunteers at the hospital when he was there, now he wanted to use this opportunity to contribute back to the to society and pay the love forward. No matter what the reason is, we all believe that helping people is a good thing. When we discuss ethics, it also makes everyone aware of what they should and shouldn’t do when on duty. Understanding the ethics and the etiquette are vital when serving as a volunteer worker. At the same time, they can be used for helping people, respecting people, self-development, communicating and negotiating, and developing the institution.
