關懷移工 預見新平台! Care over Migrant Workers--A New Platform Envisioned!( 2021/04/14 前鎮科技產業園區，季慕華撰稿)

繼二月份拜訪後，團隊又再度於2021/04/14趕赴前鎮科技產業園區(原前鎮加工出口區)，拜會經濟部加工出口區管理處高雄分處吳大川分處長，商談合作事宜。與會尚包括課長李永松先生，郭法伶小姐，戴國順先生，以及長久以來非常支持我們小螺絲釘團隊的合作夥伴-瑞儀公司的張紋祥董事長特助及顏利珊董事長秘書，亦於百忙之中前來，共同提出具體建言和看法。文藻方面則有廖俊芳教授、徐慧韻教授、梅馨云老師、季慕華老師、林思如助理出席。

具55年歷史的前鎮加工出口區剛於今年更名為「前鎮科技產業園區」，吳大川分處長特別分享其豐富的產官學合作經驗，以新的科技廠房引領新產業發展前瞻布局，因此也對USR團隊有相當高的期許，希望結合多方優勢永續發展，特別是構想一個互惠互利的合作平台。會談細節由廖俊芳教授主導，介紹WHC-USR理念與近期獲獎之發展，商談具體結果以梅馨云老師之方案為基礎，搭配廠方和移工時間、地點的需求，提供防疫和健康促進活動，加上翁一珍教授特別為移工安排的免費哈瑪星半日遊英語導覽，希望能啟動更直接的身心關懷。WHC-USR以輕鬆休閒方式加強移工在異鄉的安定感，轉化為替台灣經濟和生產力加分的力量。

The 55-year-old Cianjheng Export Processing Zone has been renamed as Cianjheng Technology Industrial Park this year. Director Wu particularly shared with Wenzao team his rich experience in government-industry-academia cooperation and proactively expanded an innovated plant blueprint for industries to lead in the new technology. Similarly, he expected highly from the USR team and proposed to sustain a multi-lateral development with respective strengths in a vision of a mutually beneficial platform of cooperation.

Detailed discussion was conducted by Prof. Melody, who started with WHC-USR’s mission and recently awarded development, and the communication resulted in a collaboration based on Ms. Angie Mei’s project on epidemic prevention and health promotion to accommodate the needs and interests of the corporations and migrant workers in time and locations. In addition, Prof. Janet Weng’s free walking tour in Hamasen with English guides for migrant workers would hopefully activate a more direct contact and care for their physical and emotional health. In more relaxing ways, WHC-USR will be able to enhance the stability or rootedness of migrant workers in a foreign country, forming strength that contributes to Taiwan’s economy and productivity.
