教育需要管理—高等教育的專案管理應用

「中華看見需要全人發展協」12月11日邀請正修科技大學資訊管理系副教授馬維銘老師在線上針對專案管理發表一場專題演講，說明如何在高等教育領域應用專案管理。與會者包含協會理事長譚昌國、以及其他協會會員。

譚昌國理事長致詞時指出，「過去一年因受到新冠肺炎影響，協會沒有辦理集體性的活動，但還是看到了會員們在各自的崗位上努力。未來一年，若新冠肺炎持續不穩定，將藉由線上分享會讓彼此交流。除了滿足現有會員的需要，也能接觸到一些志同道合的朋友。」

主講人馬維銘老師首先分享其個人在專案管理方面的的經歷、教學經驗，以及見解。馬維銘老師在2021年奪下PMI Taiwan 專案管理大獎(PTGA)、傑出專案經理獎(TOPM)，此外，也考取專案管理、敏捷專案管理、專案風險管理、企業分析師等專業證照。他開宗明義說明了何謂「專案」、專案如何使教師、行政管理人員和學生受益，以及能提供什麼樣的價值等等。

談到教育，最重要的不外乎就是從課程發展改善機制說起，從教育目標（想教出怎麼樣的學生）到核心能力（如何達成教育目標），再到課程規劃（每個核心能力可經由哪些課程達成）等等，每個程序都是「教育」不可或缺的一部份。

執行「專案管理」課程的宗旨，毋寧是為了讓學生能夠自主學習，並擁有批判性思考、解決問題的能力。掌握專案管理的能力，在業界可以說是非常的吃香。學生學習專案管理，教師們則是精進提升學生價值。總之，「專案管理」真的是一門很大的學問。

Education Needs Management - How to Apply Project Management in Higher Education

On December 11, 2021, the Chinese Visions and Needs Holistic Association held an online lecture on project management. The main speaker was Associate Professor Wei-Ming Ma from the Department of Information Management at Cheng Hsiu University of Science and Technology. Other participants include members of the association including Mr. Chang-Kuo Tam, the president of the association.

At the beginning, Mr. Chang-Kuo Tam, the president of the association, gave a speech, saying, "In the past year, due to the impact of NCCP, the association did not hold cooperative activities, but we still saw the members working hard in their respective positions. In the coming year, if the new pneumonia persists, we will use online sharing sessions to communicate with each other. In addition to meeting the needs of our current members, we will also be able to reach out to like-minded people.”

Next, the main speaker, Mr. Wei-Ming Ma, shared his experience on teaching and views on project management. Mr. Ma won the PMI Taiwan Project Management Award (PTGA) and the Outstanding Project Manager Award (TOPM) in 2021. He has also obtained professional licenses in project management, agile project management, project risk management, and business analyst. Initially, he explained what a "project" is, how it can benefit teachers, administrators and students, and what value it can provide.

When it comes to education, the most important thing is to start from curriculum development and improvement. From learning goals (what kind of students we want to produce) to core competencies (how to achieve educational goals), to curriculum planning (which courses can be used to achieve each core competency), each process is an integral part of "education".

What we learned from the speech is that the purpose of the Project Management program is to enable students to learn on their own and to have the ability to think critically and solve problems. Students learn project management and teachers move forward to enhance the value of students.
