拜訪嶺口國小 籌備寒假英文育樂營

(2022/01/17)為安排寒假與嶺口國小合作舉辦的『藻到好嶺居』寒假雙語活動營，文藻英文系周則銘老師於2022年1月17日，帶領小螺絲釘團隊(英文系學生以及來自境外的交換生)拜訪嶺口國小，並由該校葉鵲根校長親自接待，此行除了參觀嶺口國小外，雙方確定今年將於該校舉辦英文育樂營隊，教導學生基礎生活英文，並結合遊戲以及多元教學，期待能為嶺口國小的學生帶來不同的英語學習體驗。

文藻與嶺口國小初次結緣，第一次合作，不僅獲得葉校長全力支持，在文藻學生方面也有熱忱的回應。

營隊規畫的內容乃以雙語教學為主，活動方式除了有大地遊戲，還包括健康觀念相關活動、英語主題教學以及成果發表等等，十分豐富有趣。營隊原定日期是1/21以及1/22兩天，但因為近期疫情的影響只好延期。大家也討論了疫情後續可能的情況。唯願一切平安，未來計畫可以順利施行。

Visiting Lingkou Elementary School for the Winter English Education and Fun Camp

In order to prepare for the "藻到好嶺居" Winter English Education and Fun Camp with Lingkou Elementary School, on January 17, 2022, Professor Peter Chou of the English Department led four students (two English Department and two international students) to visit Ling Kou Elementary School. They were warmly received by the principal of the school, Mr. Ye Magen. This year, the school will host an English camp teaching students basic English through games and various other teaching activities. We look forward to bringing a different kind of English learning experience to the students of Lingkou Elementary School.

This is the first time Wenzao and Lingkou Elementary School collaborated in an English camp, and not only did they receive full support from the principal, but the students' service was also very well received. Due to the recent epidemic, the original dates of 1/21 and 1/22 have been postponed to further notice. For the camp, the students had planned to teach various themes such as colors, seasons and festivals, healthcare, transportation, recycling, and a final celebration. During the meeting, we discussed what to do if the epidemic situation became worse; however, we hope that everyone will be safe and that the camp can successful be held in the future.
